Raw MDF, or medium-density fibreboard, is both stronger and denser than Particleboard and can be used similarly to plywood. MDF panels are ideal for renovations and furniture. Our raw MDF board comes in a wide selection of sizes. Also available is a Moisture Resistant MDF.

 

Coloured Core MDF is a coloured toxin-free MDF with low concentration of formaldehyde (E1 Classification). Any scratches or damages to its surface can be easily repaired. Ideal for Feature Walls, Splashbacks, Toilet Cubicles, Furniture.

This decorative MDF board is supplied as a raw uncoated panel which can be custom routed with a choice of different coloured boards. It can be pressed together to create unique shapes and patterns that will be the envy of any Architectural design.

Through-Colour MDF

This variant of MDF is coloured all the way through, using a dyeing technique called integral colouring. This cuts out the need for repainting if the material is scratched.

While through-colour MDF often comes in shades of black (a popular designer’s choice), it is also sold in other colours. The product is formaldehyde-free and safe for use as display racks, panels, and furniture. It also has fairly high levels of transverse tensile strength and screw-holding strength compared to other MDFs.

Malaysian White Melamine MDF Satin (High Moisture Resistant)

This product is constructed of high quality moisture resistant MDF with a satin white melamine surface bonded to both sides. Our White Melamine MDF Satin offers the strength and uniform core density of an MDF product with the smooth finish of Melamine, while also being able to perfectly handle moisture-prone areas. With a clean, hard-wearing surface, melamine boards are suitable for internal cabinetry, draws or shelving.

HMR is a highly moisture resistant MDF for use in areas of high humidity or areas where occasional wetting may occur. HMR designed for interior applications ranging from: Kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, laundry cupboards, shelving or any situation where a moisture resistant is required.

ABOUT PRODUCTS

Moisture-resistant MDF board is a high-density MDF with hard surface. The board features minimal expansion and swelling in high humidity conditions.

USAGE AREAS

It is used in high- humidity conditions.

Storage and Transportation

Loading, fixing, transportation and unloading of packaged MDF boards are carried out in accordance with GOST 12.3.009 by any means of transport, provided that they are protected from pollution and mechanical damage, in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods operating on this type of transport. Handling method should exclude damage to MDF boards and their coatings.

When transported by railway, packaged MDF boards should be placed only in boxcars protected from moisture and internal movement.

No blows on MDF boards are allowed during handling, transportation, storage and other operations.

Transport packaging of MDF boards when stored at the customer can be stacked on top of each other in accordance with safety regulations.

MDF boards should be accepted for processing in indoor premises with stable climate in storage area/workshop (in premises at a temperature from 10 to 40 degrees and air humidity of 45-75%, protected from direct sunlight. At air humidity of 50% in the premises, MDF board moisture content is 7-9%). The exposure time before starting any operations in the cold season is at least 2 days.
